- Initial goal setting session where we will break down what you want and how you're going to get there. This will be the basis for the creation of your program and how much direction/guidance you want/need. The ultimate goal of this is to bring you front and centre in all decision making regarding your program. My coaching style is designed to empower you to make decisions that will bring you closer to your goals rather than just following a list of do's and don'ts.

- Individualized resistance training and cardiovascular programming guidelines based on your current fitness level, goals, schedule and equipment availability. Workouts can be designed to be completed at home or in a gym. You will be given choice and flexibility of workout days/times in order to incorporate your training in the best way possible for your lifestyle.

- Individualized nutritional guidelines designed to make eating well easy. You will not feel deprived and will be able to not only achieve your goals, but maintain them as well by learning how to make healthy decisions on your own. 

- Biweekly progress reports. We will communicate on a bi-weekly basis to keep you accountable and on track and for any coaching necessary to keep you seeing results. 

- Electronic and printable training logs to keep recording your progress simple and effective.\
